3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival
• Cancellation 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation <7 days before: Deposit is non-refundable

4. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00
• Check-out: By 11:00

For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance.

5. House Rules

• Smoking inside the property is not permitted
• Pets are accepted by prior arrangement
• Quiet hours after 23:00
• Parties or events are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: 4

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its equipment during the stay.
